Strengthening media literacy all over Germany!

September 22nd, 2015 – Teachtoday launches the nationwide fall tour with the course “Media sure! But secure.” With lots of fun and movement, students ages 9–12 get savvy on safe media use. For our Fall Tour 2015, the team will visit media educators in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

“Media sure! But secure.” is the motto of our activity day, where we set up stations that invite children to reflect on their own media use in a playful way.

Schools that Teachtoday will not be able to visit can still find materials for our media obstacle course at at www.teachtoday.de: the instructions are simple enough that schools and youth centers can easily do the activities on their own.
