Take part in the competition "Media, sure! But secure."

Have you done a project about media education with 9- to 14-year-olds or want to go about implementing one? Then register for the international competition "Media, sure! But secure."

"Media, sure! But secure." is on the look out until 31 July 2016 for exciting projects that prepare children and adolescents for taking part in the digital society and how to take digital responsibility, too.

Innovative ideas need creative minds to become reality. Creative minds need a forum that gives their ideas visibility. That’s what the competition "Media, sure! But secure." is all about, for the third year running!

This year we are looking for practical and engaging projects that present how safe and competent use of digital media works. For us it’s not that important whether the project involved the whole school or was just a small group activity. Your project should do one thing: encourage others to explore the digital world with children and young people together by finding ways of dealing with media safely and with confidence.

"Media, sure! But secure." brings visibility, because we know how important educators and committed parents are for teaching media competence. Our contest is your platform. This is the place to present your project to a wide audience. You still don’t have that brilliant idea? Then simply have your learning group take the Media Competency Test from Teachtoday to get inspiration for project ideas.

Sign up now! Information about registration and the media competition here.
