Safer Internet Day 2016

February 9th is the big day: The annual international Safer Internet Day throws a spotlight on online safety with it’s motto “Play your part for a better internet.”

Teachtoday will be taking active part in Safer Internet Day: In cooperation with the Erfurt University, we are putting on an activity day that highlights safe media use. We’ve invited two local school classes from the Europaschule Erfurt for an entertaining day all about safe and competent Internet use with exploration and activities. The event will also offer parents something to learn about safe media use in the family.

The same day, February 9, will be the launch of the “Media sure! But secure.” competition. We’re looking for creative project ideas about competency with digital media to reward with our competition.
