Making children strong: More resilience with Super Chill

Children should laugh, play and run around - not worry and be stressed. However, the modern world with all its demands and stimuli often makes it difficult for the youngest to go through life in a relaxed manner.

Playfully combating the boss of stress

Whether it's a full diary, pressure at school, threatening world events, growing loneliness since the pandemic or constant sensory overload from digital media - many children feel tense and overwhelmed more often these days.

Super Chill aims to counteract this by offering a free, ad-free and privacy-safe app with small exercises suitable for everyday use to find calm or increase focus - all exercises are based on sound methods. These were researched by Levi van Dam, Professor of Resilience at the University of Amsterdam. The aim is to help children develop their own strategies for emotional self-regulation at an early age - valuable companions for life.
